About Dirty Dogg Saloon

ABOUT THE DOGG

The Dirty Dogg Saloon has built a reputation from your local watering hole during the week, to hosting the wildest parties and events (look us up come Arizona Bike Week and stay for the Spring Fling). We don’t have your run of the mill bartenders. What we do have are the best rafter swinging, drink slinging, sass bringing bartenders in the southwest.

Whether it’s daily or nightly, we have a drink special that’s sure to quench your thirst. Live music on Thursday nights. Simply put, the Dirty Dogg Saloon is a great place for music, people and good times.

Cactus League Spring Training is in full swing here in the Valley of the Sun and its one of our favorite times of the year. People from all over the country and the world have made Scottsdale, Arizona the place to be during March. The Cactus League has long been a cherished Arizona tradition for locals, tourists and, of course, baseball fans! Spring training baseball under the warm Arizona sun has been a tradition for devoted fans since 1947, when just two teams, the Cleveland Indians and the New York Giants, came here to prepare for the rigors of the long regular season. Today, 15 teams train in the Phoenix metropolitan area in the greatest concentration of professional baseball facilities found anywhere in the United States. For visitors, the Cactus League couldn’t be more convenient, with short drive times between ballparks and a full range of hotel, dining and shopping amenities. Truly, the Cactus League is the premier destination for baseball lovers. Currently, the Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, Colorado Rockies, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland Athletics, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, Seattle Mariners and the Texas Rangers all call Arizona their spring training home.

Along with Spring Training, Spring also brings in many other great events:

Arizona Bike Week will be turning 21 in 2017. This years event certainly sounds like a reason to celebrate. Last year they completely redesigned the site plan and this year they are tweaking it a little more.  The vendor area will remain in the upper lot like last year but will be incorporating more areas of the on-site expo hall.  Last year it was used just for the Legends Motorcycle Auction and Flat Track Racing.  This year they will be adding vendors and live entertainment for all five days of the event.
